Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your GROOMi account from inside the App at any time:
- Open GROOMi and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account, pet profiles, photos, bookings, favorites, visit history, community posts, comments, and direct messages are removed from our active systems immediately.
If you cannot access the in-app flow, email gydelimited@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion on your behalf.
Note: your sign-in record on Apple, Google, or your email provider is not deleted by GROOMi. To remove the GROOMi connection from those services, manage it from Apple ID or Google Account settings.

How do I create an account?
Open the App and choose Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Email. We use your name and email only to create and operate your account.
How do I add a pet?
Go to Profile > My Pets > Add Pet. Enter your pet's name, breed, and date of birth. You can also add an optional profile photo and a separately stored close-up photo for your own records.
Does GROOMi recognize my pet from a photo?
No. The current version of the App does not perform automated pet identification, biometric matching, or any AI-based recognition on photos you upload. Photos are stored on your account for your own reference only.
Can I book and pay for a service in the App?
The current version of the App does not collect or process real payments. You can browse services and discover providers, but bookings and payments are arranged directly between you and the service provider, outside the App.
Why does the App ask for camera, photo, and location permission?
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to add a profile photo for your pet. Location is used while the App is open to show nearby pet services and to track your dog walking sessions. We do not continuously track your location in the background.
Where is my data stored?
Account, pet, booking, and community data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, Storage, and Realtime services). For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, reset the password through Apple ID or Google Account settings — GROOMi does not store those passwords. If you signed up with email, use the Reset password option on the sign-in screen, or email gydelimited@gmail.com.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email gydelimited@gmail.com with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. Including your iOS version and device model helps us reproduce the issue faster.
